I am Moussa Mikhail

I am a follower of Jesus, Mindset and Leadership Coach, Podcaster, and US Navy Submarine Veteran.

My mission is to EMPOWER you to create CLARITY and step into their God given PURPOSE, IDENTITY and LEADERSHIP.

Moussa's Story

Moussa was born and raised in an unpeaceful home in the midst of rampant homelessness, poverty, gang violence, and the high drug usage environment of East side Las Vegas, Nevada. He eventually moved to New Jersey for his high school time due to his parents' unruly divorce and the economic crisis of 2008.

He then joined the US Navy in 2015 to serve as a Supervisory Navigation Electronic technician aboard a Fast Attack Submarine in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

In his years in the Navy he spent cumulatively over 2 years submerged under water which was the catalyst for Moussa becoming obsessed with what led people to be joyous, at peace, and successful.

It led Moussa to radically transform his mindset by developing his faith and maximizing his wellness. It was in the depth of the ocean where he saw the mindset disparities between those who lived mediocre lives and those who excelled in areas such as their career, personal wellness, leadership, and especially mental health

It was also in the depth of the ocean where he discovered the renewal power of FAITH and the GRACE of having a close intimate relationship with our Creator regardless of height, depth, location, and our environment.

Being exposed to the darkness of mental health issues, Moussa has dedicated the last 8 years to being obsessed with personal transformation, psychology, neuroscience, and wellness and is committed to eradicating mental health issues, preventing suicide, and creating lasting change in the lives of all who are ready to take their lives to higher levels and live God’s purpose for their life!

Moussa has committed himself to serving humanity in the deepest and most impactful ways. Understanding that we must continuously be on a journey of renewal on every level of our being: Spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically!

To embody Christ is to step fully into the leader God designed you to be. It’s time to evaluate your habits, thought patterns, and beliefs that have been suffocating the Holy Spirit within you, that have been preventing you from walking boldly in your calling and unleashing the gifts that God has placed in your soul.


This journey isn't about theory or wishful thinking—it's rooted in the eternal wisdom of biblical principles, proven models of high performance, and the timeless leadership practices that have equipped generations of world-changers.

You are not called to shrink back, to live in cycles of frustration. You are called to lead, to shine, to carry the presence of God into every corner of your life.


The time to wait is over. The time to rise is now. Will you step into who God has called you to be?




So we keep on praying for you, asking our God to enable you to live a life worthy of his call. May he give you the power to accomplish all the good things your faith prompts you to do.
